Trading Sales from depot Configuration, with CIN

I have a scenario where

Head office is in Delhi and manufacturing plant is in delhi.

Depot is in Gujrat.

Finished Goods are purchased from a vendor from delhi. The goods have to be sold in Gujrat.

Kindly suggest me the configuration for this type of sales with CIN Settings.

Create Depot as a Plant and maintain its plant setting in CIN as a depot.
