Access Control Owners not recognized for mitigating controls

Dear all,

We are having issues with the access control owners because these aren't getting recognized when we try to creat a mitigating control, I do have created my hierarchy, mi org unit, users, owners and everything else but when we go to Setup -> Mitigating controls -> create one,  the search for the owners does not give any result at all, seems like I don't have one but I do, and when I put the owner and save the error is "AC owner GRC_ADMIN should come from the orgunit fromt control".

I also tried to force it by modifying the table directly (GRACOWNERS) but there is still no response.

Hello Connie,

Please go to SU01, copy the full name of the mitigation monitor and paste it in the search input box.

I faced similar issue and it helped.
