    Hi Neha,

Can you check tp and R3trans version in your system??

Old TP and R3TRANS is not able to insert the key in table specified that why it is throughing the error

:duplicate key errors during insert into table.

Try to download and patch new tp and R3trans in kernel and resume the import.

    Regards, PSB

    Hi Neha,

Usually this issue is caused because of old version of tp and r3trans. I would recommand you to update your tp and r3trans to the latest available version at service market place and then repeat the import.

    Hope it works for you.

    Regards,

    Sachin
