Hi Experts,

when i am running MTO (20) strategy i am facing this issue at the time of CO02 for Documented good movement and i am unable to 261 Movements type. It is also showing GR Non-Val and amount it is showing 0.00 (Because of the warning message i am facing this issue i guess). status of the production order is PCNF DLV GMPS.

while doing cost calculation i got warning message as shown below screen shot

But when i use 26 strategy i did not face any issue every thing has gone smooth, i am able to see all Documented good movement (101 & 261)

Dear Vempati,

In a Make to Order(Planning strategy 20) Accounting documents are not created,which is the standard

SAP behavouir and in case if you need the accounting document(GR valuated) certain config is to be

made from FI & MM part.

Hello Vempati,

In MTO scenario (strategy-20), production order would have 'GR-Non valuated' and hence no costs will be there in GR document... (In Prod Order, goto tab-Goods Receipt; you will find checkbox-GR Non-valuated selected).

Regarding movt-261, check if it really has happened in system for a particular order.

Revert with with your observations..

Yes your right  checkbox-GR Non-valuated is selected and how to over come the problem.

Dear Sundeep,

It seems both are different issue, Object ( Pro. Order) not costed & Goddsmovement Posted not displays under goods movements.

For order costing yo can check the order type related settings in Controlling tab it should be set as as " determine planned cost when saving". If it is OK. Please maitain price of the activities used in work centre. You also can run manual costing in CO02.

Strategy type 20 & 26 has the difference in the account assignment. For 20 it is E & for 26 it is M.
