Table for levels of BOM

Hi All,

Is there any table where we can check how many levels does a material BOM has ??

    Dear Sireesha,

    In my understanding it is not possible to conclude the no of levels of a material BOM at table level.

    You can get this information from reports CS11,CS12,CS13 and also using the functional module -

    CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2.

    • Dear Sireesha,

      It is not possible to fetch this particular data(how many multi level BOM exists in a plant) from any

      standard SAP report or table. You can only get the no of material BOM created for a particular BOM

      usage from the table MAST or else simply you use F4 option in MM03,CS03 for material search by

      BOM,mention the plant,BOM usage remove the maximum no of entries and press enter.You can get the

      list of material that has a BOM in the plant,you can download if you require this data.

      Apart from this only by customized development you may get this required data.

    Following are the tables from BOM,

    STKO BOM - header

    STPO BOM - item

    STAS BOMs - Item Selection

    STPN BOMs - follow-up control

    STPU BOM - sub-item

    STZU Permanent BOM data

    MAST Material to BOM link

    PLMZ Allocation of BOM - items to operations

    KDST Sales order to BOM link
