Hello,
We are in the process of upgrading through EHPi our SAP PI system from
SAP Netweaver 7.00 to SAP Netweaver EHP2 (702)
We are facing a blocking issue when reaching the Dowtime phase in step
DEPLOY_ONLINE_DEPL with Ehpi process
What happened this morning is that first the Filesystem /usr/sap/BDP
was saturated because of the JSPM logs which blocked Ehpi,

Jul 3, 2012 8:18:52 AM Error: Exception occured during
extractSingleFile: No space left on device (errno:28)
We have done some housekeeping, the filesystems are no longer saturated
and restarted EHPi since then BUT since then EHPi/JSPM refuses to process the remaining SCA files

Please note that at absolutely no point I started JSPM or SDM manually.
Please also note that the SAP J2ee stack is up and running,
Thank you

Do you have free disk space on the server?
If yes try to make soft links for the directory (may be for SDM / JSPM) and give it a try.
If you are making softlink to SDM, then first stop it move the Dir, make soft link, start SDM and resume upgrade.
Thanks,
Vishal

Hi,
I am afraid that you have to reset the upgrade. But you can raise an OSS to SAP.
Thanks

Hi,
Since you are in downtime phase, you cannot reset the upgrade. You have to restore the system.
Also, since Java system is involved here, you need to restore the file system as well with same time stamp as your database backup. But I would suggest you to raise an OSS with SAP and even then you would not get solution then restore the system.
Thanks
Sunny
