By assigning call list to org unit, position make it available for all users underneath it.
1. Can call list be assigned to individual user assigned under org unit, position? e.g. Org unit has 5 IC agents. If call list has 100 customers then can I distribute 20 customer to each of one of IC agent from same call list?
2. Can progress of each of this IC agent be evaluated for assigned call list?
