Scheduling WC for overtime

Hi,

I created a work center with capacity 10 people, and working for 8 Hrs a day starting 9 AM and ending 5 PM without any breaks.

Accordingly when i assign this work center to NWP/Activity system calculates start and end date, as calculaton key entered is 1.

Now i want one of the person to work overtime for one day, i.e he will work from 5PM till 10 PM, how to add this in the system. I know we can extend work center capacity, but can we do this on CJ20n directly?

No, you can not do same in CJ20n.

Better way is to make it as seperate work center if its capacity differs from others.
