Assigning Layout to BP Group in SBO 8.81

Hi All

I am having trouble with assigning a report to a group of business partners.

Please assist, its part of the collection report.

Hi Bongani,

That is correct. There is no option to assign a report to a group of business partners. It can only done one by one or to all.

Hi,

When assiging the PLD, If you choose "Set as Default by BP", it opens up the screen.  If you select for the specific Customer Group, click ok. It will display only those Customer within that group.  Then just assigned to those BP that comes up.

The report I designed is based on Collection Statement, I tried clicking on the report and set as default but i dont get the option to set for specific business partner.

Because this PLD deals with multiple BP, it cannot be set for any specific business partner.

Hi Bongani,

If you are talking about assigning default PLD layout, then

1. Open the required document

2. Tools - Print Layout designer

3. Select the Layout from the list - Click Set as default

4. In the Default Layout window, select the option Set as Default for Specified BP and click ... button

5. Add the Business Partners of your choice by clicking 'Add' button.

The only options available are Set as Default for all users , Set as default for current user and set as default for specified users there is not BP Group or any other options.

Hi Bongani,

There is no option in B1 to assign PLD to BP Group. You can achieve this by using 'Set as default for specified BP' option and add the BP list of your choice.

The option is nothing but add BP one by one. There is no option to add any BP group.

Do you have created any report sample where you are getting problem what and where?

Please display the code here so that what is wrong would be found out.......
