S A P training problem


i wish i could get a proper response or a helpful reply for my question

see in whole of the google and sap scn when we search for some errors or notes or any materials we are able to find it out

but when it comes to sap real time operation in live few buttons or few click on are being very important to run it , i guess when i provide with screen shot

file it will be help full for you people to understand my question , ok by seeing the attachment

please see the 4 icons near binocular+ icon which helps in moving the field categories alphabetical order wise or its standard wise

coming to the point i don't know those functionality and i was bugging myself how to do ??? ultimately being a trainee in sap

when it comes real time work because of this operation ignorance , performance hits

how to learn those things in real time run    

please help me out in this

hope this is not a bad question .

    No, this is not a bad question.  However, my poor abilities to comprehend are preventing me from understanding the question, and providing an answer.

    Your screen shot is a capture of a 'Display Pricing Condition' transaction.  The four icons to the right of the binoculars are not there to change the sorting of the display, they are 'scroll' commands.  If you place your cursor over each of the icons and 'hover', you will see the info text about these icons.  These texts are, in the order that they appear, "First page", "Previous Page", "Next page", "Last Page".  These are used when the number of fields are greater than the number that can be displayed on one screen. You can use them to scroll up or scroll down to see the fields that are hidden.

    Exactly what do you want to know about these icons?
