when the key user send a message from R/3 its reflecting in Solmon but the problem is for example
if end user belongs to Plant maintenance module(PM) and he raised a ticket in R/3 after that it has to go particular user id of poweruser(core team member) in Solmon we called it as a business partner. like wise different modules with different end users raises tickets to power users and if power user unable to resolve issue it has to go OSS,how to configure this in SOLMON.
this is very urgent,please light up on this issue \.
