Hi, Experts.
I have a very interesting error message when I want to forward the ticket to SAP.
The error message: Unknown user
I configured the AISUSER table like this:
Line 1 : MyuserSAPuser – MyCompany Cust num. – My S user
Line 2: MyuserSAPuser – Customer Cust num – Customer S user - I hope this line would be used by sending procedure.
The customer’s S user is valid and has permissions to create message.
I have no idea what would be the problem.
Regards,
Hi,
you have to fill the table AISUSER with the system user that is
related to the REPORTED-BY business partner in your message.
Run transaction code AISUSER.

Hi,
The customer S user is: S123456
The Customer Cust num is : C12345,
My SAP usert is: S7654321
In the AISUSER table contain this line:
S7654321 (My S user) | C12345(cust cust num) | S123456 (cust s user)
The user can login to the workcenter and can create a new message - This OK.
I’m the processor (S7654321) I want to forward it to sap but I get he Unknow User error , however the AISUSER table contain the relationship between my SAP user and my Customer S user.
HI,
Yes, it set.
Every Sap user and Business partner was generated by the AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2 report. This report created the relationship between sap users and business partners and assigned the sap systems to Business partners.
The message forwarding is working on our (var company) systems.
The problem is occured If I want to forward a message which was created by Customer. I tired to change the contact person S user ID in the AISUSER table.
If I changed the Customer contact person S user to my S user I got he Unknown install error message. (I think this is nonsense because I didn’t change the customer number. My S user is not exist on customer site )
The SAP-OSS RFC use my own S user to communicate with SAP
I created an other RFC: SM_SP_<cust.num> this use my S user too. I created an other with out cusomer's cust number and cusomers S user too.
Do the system find my S user at customer, or find the customer S user at my Company (var) ?
Do I have a special S user which can manage this procedure and assign it to my Sap user in the AISUSER table?
I traced the sending procedure with ST05. There isn’t any row with false sy-subrc record. In every line it is zero, so I think every select was correct and have result. Therefore I think the missing user or something else is in out of my system.
Hello,
Unfortunately I can't remember what the exact solution was, but I know my every setting in the Solution Manager was OK. I checked the S user privileges on service marketplace but is was OK, my user has privileges to send oss message. I asked the SAP support to check the VAR partner setting at SAP side. I think the SAP set up something because after that the message forwarding to SAP was OK.
Cheers
Hello Anton,
I had not solve the problem, I got SAP Support reply as follow:
Please make sure user SOLMAN_ADMIN has BP
crated with role Employee and Contact Person. ALso, make sure user is
maintained with S-user who has proper authorizations to send message to
SAP. And this S-user must have a correct entry in AISUSER table.
I'm try to testing the recommend solution, if it work I'll update the status here for reference.
Thank you~~
1. you need to check table aisuser, tcode aisuser. to ensure that you user is assigned to s-user that have authorization on Servise Market Place "Send to SAP" and other
2. ensure that saposs is working in sm59
3. if you use VAR scenario, your sold-to-party must be assigned to your company in internal SAP system.
