Default values for an Incident

Dear all,

I'm looking for a possibility to set default values in a new incident for the following fields:

- Impact

- Urgency

- Priority

I already know that I can propose a Priority using a combination of impact and urgency, but I can not find any customizing entry, which sets the default when I'm creating an incident with the CRM_UI in Solution Manager 7.1.

Any ideas? :-)
