Display Child info in ESS

Dear Experts,

We have hit this issue in ESS wfor below scenario:

Employee is having 3 child and all information maintain in IT0021 subtype 2. However, only 2 child displayed in ESS Family Details.

I have tested this scenario in DEV & QA but not able to replicate this issue in both systems.

Appreciate if anybody experiencing the same error to share with me root cause and solution for this issue.

check the table v_t591A and V_T588MFPROPC for the customisation 0021.

check the reoport RPUPAV00

I Have checked further based on your reply and found out data in IT0213 not tally as per IT0021. We have resave the data to resolved the issue.
