Hi All,

Not sure whether there is already a thread for this topic, but I was unable to find the same, hence posting this query.

My requirement is to move the existing Conventional Webdynpro Application within FPM framework so as to make it Guided UI Compilant.

Is there any link or document available for the same. Help here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Selvakumar M.

HI,

FPM Is not one component just change your application to FPM, it has different types of components first you should be clear with FPM and then you have to see which componet will be suitable for your application.

Please refer SAP Cook book for more information.

Hi San,

Deciding of the components, concerned UIBBs to used in those components are still to be decided. I quite new to FPM.

My main question here to understand whether turning WDA application into anyone of the available FPM component is easy or not.

Hi Selva,

It is easy and also depends on complexity of your component, if it is one view and one window very straight forward.

If you have buttons in your application if you want to keep those buttons as per FPM Framework you have to change relevant logic.

you can go through FPM Cook book for more details.

You can check below document from page 14 on words explaining simple Hello world example.

Cheers..
