raising of service call document with out serial number

Dear All,

one of our clients wants to raised service call document with out serial number of the product but they want contract details like start date and end data of the product

only they want to select customer and product in service call document and add the document and they want all the reports

how come sap business one provides details of contract and reports with out serial number ?

Hi Muhammad......

While raising Service Call fill all the details except Serial No. and then add it.

I guess that may work without Serial No. also.

Have you gone through it?

Dear Sir,

ya i all ready implemented service module for three companies but i dint got any problem as u said with out serial number we can add i agree with u but i unable to provide contract details and reports with out serial number
