Dear swathi

The system is a copied one using system copy? then check the OS and Database versions compatibility...

OR

The db log issue you can follow the SAP Note 1081265 - DBACOCKPIT: Backup logs are not displayed.

Hi Swathi,

It could be the permission issue. Check the directory permissions at the OS level. Secondly, update the brtools with latest one on the SAP Marketplace. Thirdly, check the synonyms. Execute the command at the test system first;

brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o <DBOWNER>

Last one, what tool you are using to take backup? Try to execute to take backup at the OS level, manually.

Hi Orkun,

thanks for you reply

1) checked br permissions and it is ok ...

2) backups are completed successfully and log is displayed in DB24 but not updated in DB12 and DB14
