We have recently upgraded our BOBJ server from BI 4.0 SP 2 Patch 17 to SP 4. Our Xcelsius dashboards stopped working, we investigated the issue and found Web Application Container Server failed to start in CMC,
Please note during RESTFUL Web service installation we set the Port 6405, however our BOBJ server port set to 6400.
We are using Oracle 64 bit 10.0.2.5 and SUSE Enterprise Server Linux 10 64-bit in the landscape.
