Export Transdata to File Service: Reverse Signs

Hi experts,

we export a file for BW with transactional data and its working good. However I have two accounts that I need to multiply by -1 for BW. So I've maintained a conversion file:

INTERNAL     EXTERNAL     FORMULA

T0005          T0005               Value*(-1)

The package runs without errors and I get my file but it has not calculated anything. Is conversion possible for exporting transaction data anyway? Can anybody help me? Thanx a lot,

Hi Cora,

I think the problem is in the CREDITNEGATIVE option of the transformation file please see

Hi Roberto,

thank your for your fast reply. However I cannot use my LEQ/INC info of accounts for this calculation but I just want to do this for 2 specific accounts. I don't quiet understand why BPC does NO calculation at all? Calculations should be possible for data export also, are they?

Hi Cora,

but have you tried to import this 2 accounts without a formula or multiplying with 1?

T0005          T0005               Value*(1)

So you will see if the reason is the CREDITNEGATIVE option, that change the sign again, or something else?
