problem with gr message

Hi,

I have created a GR message to be sent from the ID of the stores person to the purchase department(message type MLGR).I want the addressee to be the requisitioner in PR.In the message to be configured in the text for MLGR, it should go as

"Dear Requisitioner name,

Your requested material against the PO number has been received".

How to write this message in the configuration.

Go to, SPRO - Materials Management - Inventory Management and Physical Inventory - Output

Determination - Maintain Output Types, Select the MLGR Output type

Here double click on "Mail title and texts",

In Language EN select the Text icon select the go to menu bar option and click the change editor the

following screen will appear

Here you can write your script.

"Dear &EKPO-AFNAM&, your requested material &MSEG-MATNR& &EKPO-TXZ01& against the PO number &MSEG-EBELN& item &MSEG-EBELP& has been received"
