hide the material discount for particular customer automatically

Hi,,

I have maintained key combination for vk11 ,, sales org, material, and i have maitained material dis( k004 ) also,means all my customers whoever buys will get this discount ... now particularly  i want block  the material discount for one customer how to do this .......?
