Issue with process chain

Hi All,

A Process chain failed at "Update from PSA", but when I checked in ODS and the request is green. But the chain was stopped and got a error as "process Chain failed".

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Praveen,

Go the monitor screen and click on details tab.

There you will get error message, probably it may be due to errorneous record in PSA.
