SAP SUPPORT PACK UPGRADE

Hi All,

For most of the T codes  ST22, SM21 etc we are getting this Abap Runtime error  sap abap runtime error CL_ST22_TOOLS.

We are upgrading support packs in SCM 7.0 EHP 1 from stack 4  to stack 7, in IMPORT_PROPER step we are facing the error stop. In the SPAM log  OCS_QUEUE_IMPORT job is getting scheduled but not getting released.

For most of the T codes  ST22, SM21 etc we are getting this Abap Runtime error  sap abap runtime error CL_ST22_TOOLS.

This sucks big time because I also followed their recommendations to combine SAP_ABAP and SAP_BASIS versions 3-7 in the same queue to avoid problems ... and, guess what, I have exactly the same error as you.

Best advice for you is:

1.  Log into the operating system as <sid>adm

2.  Change directory to /usr/sap/trans/bin

3.  Execute the following command to try again "tp import all <SID> pf=TP_DOMAIN_<SID2>.PFL"

Just double-check what the correct TP_DOMAIN.PFL filename is.

Hello Senthil,

This dump is Occurred because of deadlock during import since you are  applying the support pack.

Could you please check the import log and paste the error with support pack name.

Once i get a exact error i can comment further.
