Designer 9.0 - Position of pallets reset after activating form

Hi all,

I have a problem with the Adobe Designer 9.0. When activating a form in sfp, the position of the pallets and the toolbars is reset to default every time.

I have also installed the patch level 2 (sap note 1557090), which shpuld solve this bug. But the patch doesn't fix this issue.

With designer 8.2 the position of pallets was saved.

Anybody an idea what I could do?

Is installing Designer 9.8 a solution? Or is this new version not stable?

I just uninstalled it....installed 9.8....everything is lovely once again!

Did you uninstall only the designer or the sap gui too?

I tried installing 9.8 but it seems to me that it doesn't work. Which version of sap gui are you using? 7.20 or 7.30?

Can you check one more think please. When you click one menu entry, e.g. "Table", are there the most entries deactivated (grey)?

Uninstalled Designer 9.0 only. I had to because the install of 9.8 would not run because it said I had it installed already (weird!).

I have 7.20 GUI. No issue with "greyed out" options unless they are truly not available for what I select.

Can you tell me which patch level your 7.20 Gui is?

To my mind the problem with the "greyed out" options appeared with a newer patch level (maybe 10).
