Learner cannot join virtual learning room when they click on start course

Dear Expert,

I have problem with starting virtual learning room in LSO EHP5. When a learner book a virtual learning room course, he can start the course by joining the room in 30 minute. But the pop up window is keeping showing the following error:

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to error.

Sap note:

• The following error text was processed by the system:

BSP Exception: the URL javascript:print() is not valid Business Server Page URL.

I had applied the note 1720833 but it still doesn't solve the problem.
