background job cancelled in sm37 without any information

Hi,

today we found one jobs get cancelled and in sm37 the job log is showing as below

Job started

Step 001 started (program ZRS1_GV_RESO_INTERFACE, variant RAND_7645, user ID DISP_BTC)

Unable to Open connection to DB

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

kindly suggest why this job get cancelled ,

user id is not locked / Active & not expired and no changes in programme and varients

I do not know what happened in this case, try to debug the job canceled with JDBG in SM37

I guess program was unable to access DB. Was there any scheduled maintenance? Does your program use any RFC? Does it run without error online?
