How do we assign a different Project to the released Transports. Is it Possible.

Hi Ram,

You cannot add the objects to the released Transport request.

but you can create one more transport transport request  for new object and include the released Transport request.

For example from DEV you have moved TP to Quality. now you have to add few more objects . so you can create one more TP . in se10 select the new TP. Include objects -> give the released TP number.

Thanks for the reply.

My question is not clear enough i think. There are bunch of transports assigned to a Project and are in released state. If we would like to reassign the transports to another project, how do we do it.

Hi Ram,

The same way you have to create one blank TP for the new project, merge all the TPs to that new TP.

se10->create new request->put cursor on new request number->request/task(menu bar)->objectlist->include objects->give the released request no/get it thru f4 help->click enter
