Forms in OCR not displaying- getting no data available message

Hello All,

In MSS, when a manager is trying to change position for an employee, forms table is not displaying.  It is saying "No Data Available" message.

MSS > selects Organizational Change Request (OCR) > selects a position ID from his org unit > when click on select process, getting No Data Available message .

It must show a table that contains change position form.

Is this something related to authorizations or configurations?  Tell me where can I check and make the forms to be visible for the managers in the table...

can you check your form again ie hrasr_dt or check in hrasr_test_process

is it happening for all employees?

Yes, this message is getting for all managers.  Please tell me the steps how and where to check.
