How to restrict Production Booking in MFBF

Dear Guru's,

I am into REM and right now i am doing mfbf on the basis of physical material produced on the shopfloor.I got reqmnt from client that they want to restrict the productoin booking of a material for a certain qty for a day.How it can be done in std system or any enhancement is to be done to achieve the same.

Hello SAP PP,

Never came across such thing in REM and think not possible to setup under/overdelivery tolerances... check if you can use below enhancements:

Exit: XMRM0001 (User exits: Backflushing in Repetitive Manufacturing) OR

BAdI: RM_BFLUSH_GOODSMVT

Hi

You dont want GR means you can check component backflush where by exploding BOM / without exploding BOM  component backflush will happen.

If you want Activities to be posted do activity back flush.

Please check.
