Scheduling PSA deletion

Hello everyone,

Can someone please suggest me how to schedule PSA deletion.

Also any idea how to find out technical name of Errorstack?

Below documents helps you in scheduling PSA deletion.

You can find technical name of error stack in RSTSODS table:

Goto RSTSODS table -> Enter ODS Name (Add 8 before that) -> Enter “ERRORSTACK” in user app field -> Execute.

You find technical names of CHANGELOG table and New data(NEW_DS) table similarly.

Hi

U have standard process type called PSA deletion there u pass the PSA technical name then activate the pc and schedule it .

If u want to delete the request manually , then select the request in the PSA and then delete the request.

If u want to know the technical name of the error stack, then click on the error stack and there u can find the error stack name .

Hi Praveen,

Create a process chain to delete PSA and schedule it.

Goto table RSTSODS and give the technical name of DTP for the field USEROBJ to find the errorstack
