The system does not create a delivery item for this order item.

Check whether the order item to be delivered contains confirmed schedule lines.

Go to sales order select the line item double click and go to the Schedule line tab check the dates .
If its not confirming the delivery then just extent the delivery date ( material availability date ) while creating the delivery.
then save the sales order it will allow u to delivered

Go to your sales order line item, schedule line tab and check the schedule line date. You will be able to make deliveries on this date. Either change the date here to current or while creating delivery give the date which is mentioned in schedule line.

Check the Delivery dates in Sales order item level schedule lines tab.
check the date when delivery has been scheduled. As per available quantity system automatically schedules the delivery dates.

Go to Sales Order, Line Item Details, Schedule Line Tab & check the Confirmed date of the material.
