Hello!
We are trying to create an Incident message from CRM_UI for the key users.
The appropriate business role is SOLMANREQU and appropriate transaction type is ZMIN (Copy of SMIN of VAR).
The following errors are coming up:
Item 10: No item category could be determined.
Item 10: Conversion factors are invalid
We already assigned to the product investigation the service product SRVP via tcode ncommpr01.
Then we defined item categorization Determination for the transaction type ZMIN --> SRVP
Also we activated a categorization schema for the copied transaction type ZMIN.
Any idea which customizing we miss here?
