Milestone billing configuration in CRM

Hi All,

I'm Configuring Milestone billing scenario in CRM 7.0.

I did the following configuration in CRM

   Craete one Transaction type with transaction category 'Complaints'

   Create one item category with object type "credit request item (Billing Plan)"

       ----Here Billing relevance is 'B billing after contract release', Mile stone billing is "No specific caluculation type",

           Billing Via CRM billing and price is relevant

   Maintain Itemcategory determination

   Defined one Billing plan type with 3 billing plan lines (40%, 40% and 20 %)

   Assign Billing Plan Type to Business Transaction Type

   Assign Billing Plan Type to Item Category

When I am trying to create a transaction with the above created transaction type, I see the following messages

and I could not see 'Billing plan' tab in both header and item levels.

1. Transfer parameter missing in function CRM_BILLPLAN_D_READ_OB

2. Error when reading billing plan date with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000

3. Error when reading billing plan with GUID 0000000000000000000

Please advise me where the config is missing.
