Create incident in CRM_UI

Dear all,

In CRM_UI, If I create an incident, SMIN incident is created, and I have not chance to select ZMIN incident. However, if I create the incident thru workcenter of notif_create transaction I can select both options (ZMIN and SMIN). This last behavior is the expected one because I have configured both transactions types in:

- Customizing point "Specify Several Transaction Types" (with the parameters PROCESS_TYPE and PROCESS_TYPE_ADD)

So, question is, what can be wrong with the creation of incidenct in CRM_UI? any help will be appreciated.
