Cannot edit sales order replicated to ECC.

Hi Experts,

5000000024 is the sold to party used in the order. It is originally 5000000000 in crm which was replicated as 5000000024 in ECC. We are able to replicate the order to ecc but the order cannot be edited in ecc. It is only displayed in va03.

There are no outbound queues and 2 inbound queues generated in crm. below are the details:

And no queues have been generated in ECC.

When trying to open the sales document in va02, it is saying " sales document is currently being processed by user ".

Thanks & Regards,

Manas.

      Hi Manas,

First delete the queue "R3AD_SAL_ERR" and then try reprocessing the other queue for the order by clicking on execute button. Go to the tcode SMCL and just try to find out the order which has the error. If you see the order then unlock the order. Now try editing the order in ECC.

      Regards
