Negative Time management

Hi

we have a leave type name- Leave Fair Assistance which use quota from Annual Leave.

and we have another leave type- Annual leave which also use quota from Annual Leave.

For any particular period of time lets say 01.07.2012 to 10.07.2012 while updating absence IT by Annual leave it is deducting 08 days as Friday and Saturday is weekly off but if i select Leave Fair Assistance it is deducting 07 days.

i an new in this sap career. can you pls guide me how to fix this problem by configuration path.

i am requesting you to give me details sequence.
