0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 - extraction in BW

Hi Experts,

I am extracting 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 datasource into BW for Activities Area. This datasource is extracting the data for OBJECT_TYPE - BUS2000126(Activities) and  BUS2000125(Tasks) {after applying note 669436 for Tasks}.

But, I also need the OBJECT_TYPE = BUS2000108(Leads) and BUS2000111(Oppurtunity) data from the base table - CRMD_ORDERADM_H data.

Please help.

Thanks,

Chitra.

Hi Chitrakala,

For those documents, take a look into following datasources:

0CRM_LEAD_H - Lead Header info

0CRM_LEAD_I - Lead Item info

0CRM_OPPT_H - Opportunity Header info

0CRM_OPPT_I - Opportunity Item info

Kind regards,

Garcia

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for the reply.

But, shouldn't the extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 extract ALL the data from CRMD_ORDERADM_H table??

Regards,

Chitra.

nope, hence the different extractors

of course, they could have called it "0CRM_DOCUMENTS"... and extract everything, but they didn't

Hi Chitra,

Although the CRMD_ORDERADM_H is the header table for transational data, the BW extractors are separated mainly, according their business object type.

Since transitional information in CRM are separated in several database tables, each of these extractor fetches the most appropriate data for it's purpose ( or technically speaking, it's business object type, like lead, opportunity, activities, sales orders, service orders, etc, etc... ).

Kind regards,

Garcia
