PO Worklist not in sync with Quick view

PO Worklist from navigation is not in sync with Quick view when there aren't any PO due for confirmation.

DETAILS

Before:

    Quick View Screen and PO worklist shoes 1 existing PO  ( not confirmed)

Action:  From th ePO worklist screen confirm and published the PO ( full quantity)

Result:  Quick View shows no more pending POs( which is as expected ) , but PO worklist still shows the same PO that has just been confirmed! Refreshing does not make any difference.

Can anyone please throw light on this ?Thanks

Hi Surya,

I dont face the issue you have described. Both the Quick View - "PO: Items to be confirmed by change date" and the PO Worklist Std. Query - "Process Due Confirmations (Navigation from Quick View)" under Navigation Results both have the same no. of PO line items.

However if you are trying to compare the Quick view result with the PO worklist Query - "Process Due Confirmations under Worklists" you may have differences beacuse this query even lists those POs which are confirmed but has some finitie due quantity. (Ex: A PO line item with requested qty - 100 and confirmed qty. - 98 ; Due Qty - 2; This will appear in the PO worklist query but not in the Quick View Monitor or PO worklist query under navigation results.

Please check if you are using the right query as mentioned above.
