Authorization in Organizational Management-PPOME-PPOCE

Dear all,

I will be appreciative if you would mind answering following question.

In PPOME or PPOCE and for Organizational Management, I want to restrict the authorization of some people to maintain certain Organization Units (Object Type O), Positions, Jobs and etc. Unfortunately, there is no any special Authorization Object and I define one Authorization Object for it in SU21.

No, I was wondering to know that how can I define this authorization level in PFCG and if I should define an authentication object in SU21, which characteristics I should define for it and how I should customize it in SU21 or any other TC code.

Kind Regards,

Mohammad Hassan Salmani

    Dear All,

I am appreciative your reply. I've found that we can solve this problem using "Structural Authorization" in IMG Menu.

    Regards

Unfortunately, the structural auth object for OM (PLOG_CON) does not work and is not available to be added to roles ( see the documentation).

Try implementing BADI HRBAS00_STRUAUTH for your requirements.
