Professional tax deduction query

Hi Experts

I want to know the Professional tax configuration i.e Gross carry forward,deduction carry forward difference & Cumulation Basis,Nominal Basis Diffrence because i am observeing that in some states configuration it is Gross carry forward,in some states it is Deduction carry forward and cumulation,nominal also same.

So,please explain the difference of the same.
