Cost center and GL account Search not working while shopping cart creation

All,

We are using SRM 5. From last couple of days, we have a problem with search functionality (Help). When we click on search button -

Binocular to search for cost centers or GL account at the time of SC creation, new window is not poping up. It just doesnt do anything.

We have this problem in only quality environment.

Its working fine in Dev and Prod. I have checked user's default parameters andRFC connection. There is no differenece in QA and PROD.

Can anyone provide us their input on this?

Hi,

Please let me know, Have you assigned the your RFC (search help) user id in under RFC(Dialog field).

Please go through this navigation path to check above SPRO > Techinical settings > Define system landscape.

hi,

Try this: provide SAP_ALL authorization to the RFC dialog user (the one responsible for RFC calls).
