SAP BPC 10.0 Starter Kits

Hi Experts,

Our team is working on a SAP BPC solution and we noticed that we might not have installed all starter kits as we has planned in our test environment.

We´re trying to find out if there´s one or more starter kits installed, but we haven´t been able to find a clear answer. Therefore, I ask you:

1) How to check if one or more Starter Kit is installed in our BPC Environment (version 10.0 - Neweaver)?

2) How to check which starter kit are available for this BPC version?

2) How to download the starter kits?

I really appreciate any help.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Fabio,

    Here are the answers:

    1. You can chek what starter kits are installed on your BPC 10 version by clicking on the option shell at the bottom of the page besides access rights. It could be Environment shell or some other shell on which you are working. Once you click there, it will list out all the available shells in the system. OR you can login to SAP BI/BW system and go to T-code RSA1 and you can view all the shells under Planning and Consolidation tree.

    2. IFRS starter kit is available for this version. For more information on this, I suggest you to check SAP's help website for latest information. I suppose HCM Planning, Sales Planning, Capex Planning starter kits may be available.

    3. To donwload this kits, you need to contace SAP and buy the product along with kits.

Hope the above information is useful to you.

    Regards,

    Ashwin.
