ALV View does not transfer body info to Excel View.

Hi All,

I created a ALV Grid display for a report.

When I click on the view change for Excel, only the header data is visible.

The body of the report does not get transfered to excel view.

I have another user that is able to do this procedure with succes for the same report.

I had Basis Team trace the transaction and there's no authorisation problem for the user.

I looked to make sure that I have the excel templates.

And I do have sap_om.xls and sap_mm.xls installed.

Does anybody have any idea of what I am missing to be able to display in Excel view?

in excel, you must Trust access to the VBA project object model

Hi Clemens,

I am using Windows XP with Excel 2003.

I cannot find the trust center for excel......

Lookup in google and seams to be for 2007.

I anwered a bit to fast.

You are correct. I found the option in excel2003 and all works fine.
