hi

I have an issue with workbook when ever user refresh the workbook he got wrong values in workbook but his colleagues found right values which they execute same workbook.

But user refresh the workbook with his colleague credentials on his laptop he  got right values but refresh the query with his own credentials on his laptop he got wrong values (so no problem with work book)

and user refresh the work book with his credentials on his colleague system he found the right values ( so his access is also fine).

so user facing the problem  with his credentials on his system only. please some one help me on this issue.

Hi

This could be the problem with XL version they are using, I am not sure are both are using the same version.

second possibility are there any MACRO working on the WB as the XL should be Enable with MACRO or not

Moreover we should also consider local setting on the workbook level he has done ( this point came because you were saying again saving the WB).

Hope SAP GUI version is ALSO same they have.

Hi,

Why don't you get test user id based on same authorizations as the user getting the issue and check then ?

Alternatively , you can provide the user with a new workbook.

Thanks for help

User already refreshed the query with his credentials on his colleague laptop and he found correct values means there is no problem with his access.

Please let me know once we created the new work book how to make it availability for user and also how to give authorizations to user for that work book.

Thanks
