How to guarantee that all items in delivery group deliver altogether one time

Dear experts:

I set 3 items, material A, B, and C as delivery group, however, if the stock of  A is in deficiency when we create outbound delivery, B and C can still be copied to delivery, but we hope that B and C can fail as well.

Are there suggestions for us to guarantee that items in delivery group can be "all-or-nothing" - if one item of a delivery group fails to copy to delivery item, the entire group fails.

In SAP Standard it is always possible to create a delivery via vl01n

even an item of the delivery group is not fully available and the group

is incomplete. The explanation is given in note 72688.

You can use note 72688 to prevent being able to create a delivery

via vl01n if not all the items of the delivery group are available.

Hello,

Generally when you create Delivery Group, all the Item in the Delivery Group are confirmed in the same date. If one of the Items is not confirmed, there is no confirmed date for any of the Items.

Alternatively proceed as per Harish's suggestion above.

As you rightly said, system will copy the confirmed quantity materials to delivery , but can see the error log as given below

This we can make an error by giving the message type 'E'.

What you said is the standard functionality of delivery group. All the items in a delivery can only be delivered together. Please check and confirm
