From Which table ie (Active Data, change log, New Table) the data will be loaded to infocube for first full load....?
Later there is change in the Data so the delta Upload is done, in this case how the staging takes place ? And From which table the data goes to info cube ?
Hello Karthik,
Please find below the answer to ur queries.
1. The full load should be always from active table .
2. Once ur loading the data to info cube , very first time , check the DTP setting the setting should be like that that data should be fethed from active table.
3. Once the first full load is done , you can set up delta time stamp from DSO to infocune , by doing init with zero records fetched .
4. Once you do the int the time stamo got maintained and the 0 records will be added to the infocube.
5. Pnce init is done you can start loading the data to infocube from delta DTP and you can put the setting of DTP to take the data from active table only. though the setting is from active table it will take the data from changelog table whenever the delta come.
Hope this helps , if u need more clarification .. pls let me know

Hi ,
If the data load is Full from DSO to Cube ,the data will move from active table as it contains the current status of the data.
To set up the delta we have to do initialisation. But for a DSO we cannot do Initialisation or Delta after a full request.
so change the settings from Full upload to Repair full requests and then do Initialisation without data transfer.which will set the delta.
Now you can proceed with Delta. For a delta the data will be moved from change log table of DSo to cube.

Hi,
Data will be loaded from Active Table for Full load.
The delta load is taking place from Change Log Table.
