CRS - unmanaged disk issue

I've got an issue with Crystal Reports Server 2008 - is this the right forum?

Anyway, when trying to schedule a report to export to a destination of "File System" (which is on a network drive, not on the Crystal Reports server itself), I am getting error messages like "login error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.]"

I can save files to the same network location, using the same specified username and password, on a Crystal Reports XI Server with no issues at all.

Does anyone have any ideas, please?

Typically this error is caused because the service account running the Crystal Reports Job Server does not have appropriate permissions to the network share. Since the provided username/password works when you authenticate manually, it is more likely that the account running the SIA the Job Server is under is unable to impersonate this user account. The SIA should run as a domain account that either already has access to the share, or has the ability to impersonate other accounts on the domain. If the SIA is currently running as 'Local System' this is most likely your problem.
