Sale order release strategy

HI experts,

I have customize release strategy for sale order and it is working properly , but my client requirement is after releasing the order if there is any changes will happen like qty change , price , etc system has block that sale order against, pls let me know from where I do the customization to meet my requirement.

Dear Aditya,

I think you need to configure Status Profile .If you want to freeze the sales order.

tcode- bs02

STATUS Profile

Maintain Status profile at Sales Order Header .

Create 2 Status -

ZCRE   Create 

ZAPP  Approved

1)-Only ZCRE  status you can do modification.

2)-if sales order approved then status should automatically set to ZAPP ,Price and all will be freezed and cant be changed (setting to be done in BS02)

brief- when user creates the order , the initial status will be ZCRE (CREATE) price can be changed only in this status.

In Approved Status USER will not be able to make changes.
