How to completely avoid manual change of State in P2P

Dear ALL,

A reasonable requirement of client address us to avoid the possibility of manual change of the state within P2P.

As far as now, our standard setting of P2P states, allow us to modify the state "Broken" and move it to "Partically Kept" or even "Kept", and Client does not want that a "Broken" P2P can be changed to those states.

I am completely stuck and lost at this point, searching for state settings in SPRO (Create status profile), seeing if the role used is reading the authorization....I do not know how I can avoid the change of Broken Status, in P2P....

Can someone tell me how to avoid it?

Find below, the place were I can change de status:

Partially Kept and Kept, are completely available.

Thanks for your information.

sounds likes the job of an auth trace.

there will be an object with a value - to control changing a P2P

Yeah, but changing the authorization object avoids changes in all the P2P data, not only the state. If I change the authorization object, I am not just unable to change the state, but I am also unable to modify created notes inside P2P...I mean, I am not able to do no nothing with the created P2P.
