Modifying sap ess roles

Dear Experts

i have assigned this role to an employee on ess

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.employee_self_service

the roles shows all ess components such as carrer ans jobs and qualifications , etc ...

now i want to show only personnel information and working time  menus ..

can you advice how to achieve this

copy the role to your Z role and remove these areas and subareas for this role, and then you ll get to see these services

or you can hide services from homepage customisaiton in backeend

using PTARQ homepage customisation

Through portal admin role, you can copy roles.
